Job Description
Develop corporate business IT solutions in PHP using Magento
Communicate frequently with client’s expert personnel and subject matter experts
Review business requirements and functional design specifications
Develop flexible and robust Magento plugins to support changing business requirements
Ensure software deliverable meets business requirements
Requirements
3+ years of experience in developing web applications
2+ years of experience with Magento
Good level in PHP programming
Good level in database design and implementation using MySQL
Knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Fluent spoken and written English
Very good troubleshooting skills
Excellent time efficiency to be able to manage your own personal development environment, including workloads and project deadlines.
Strong people skills – demonstrated ability to work with both technical and non technical individuals, both in gathering information and communicating direction and status.
Strong analytical skills, attention to details and indisputable work ethic
A passion for building great software
Responsible and team oriented person
An advantage would be
Experience with JQuery
Experience with HTML5/CSS3
Experience with other E-commerce solutions
Experience integrating with 3rd party web APIs and payment processing gateways such as Authorize.net and PayPal
Experience configuring across the LAMP stack.
